83-year-old with Alzheimer's missing from North Side

UPDATE 1:13PM OCT. 7TH — Chicago Police have announced that Mr. Ratner is now located and safe.
An 83-year-old North Side man who has Alzheimer’s Disease has gone missing from his home near Halsted and Diversey, police said in a “high risk missing person” bulletin.

Isidor Ratner was last seen near the Morse Red Line station on Saturday, police said. He only speaks Russian.

According to the bulletin, Ratner was last seen wearing a black hoodie with blue jeans. He stands 5’7” tall, weighs 185 pounds, and has gray hair.
