CHILL: Will Cool Weather Bring A Quiet Weekend?

The Chicago Tribune reports that this weekend may be the coolest July weekend in 30 years.

CWB always hopes that cool weather will lead the "bad elements" to opt for indoor activities, leaving our streets a little bit safer. That doesn't always pan out, though.
